Dr. Mark Weiner
New York Giants consultants, Dr. Mark Weiner and Dr. Eric Simmons, have graciously volunteered their time and talents to conduct workshops on sport psychology for parents, coaches and spectators at the PA Camp. Dr. Mark and Dr. Eric have collaborated for over a decade in their work with the Giants, a range of athletes at different developmental levels, and organizations including sports teams, schools, and businesses. 2017 marked the ninth year of involvement with Lauren's First and Goal.

Benjamin Bachman
Benjamin, son of one of Lauren’s all-time favorite teachers at Easton High School in Easton, Pa., Brad and Laura Bachman, celebrated his birthday by asking guests at his party to bring gift cards and arts and crafts items in lieu of gifts, which his family donated to LFG. The gift cards and arts and craft items will be greatly appreciated by patients and families at our partner hospitals and bring big smiles to the faces of the participants in our Fun Day event at the football camp in June. Thank you sweet Benjamin and the Bachman family!

Tracey Elementary
For more than a decade, the staff and faculty at Tracey Elementary in Easton, Pa., Lauren’s former elementary school, have contributed funds collected on dress down Fridays to LFG. Thank you to this wonderful group of teachers and staff members for honoring Lauren in this special way and for your incredible generosity and thoughtfulness. Go Tigers!!

Muhlenberg lift
For the fifth consecutive year, Coach Mike Donnelly and the Mules turned their annual spring lifting workouts in April and May into a fundraiser for LFG. Players and sponsors contributed almost $1500 to LFG in support of our mission, bringing their five year total to more than $11,000 raised!

F&M parents
Members of the Franklin & Marshall College football team and parents group volunteered to staff and supply the 2017 concessions at the PA camp again, donating all proceeds to the Foundation. We are so grateful for this generous and loyal team of players and parents, who travel from all over the state and somehow manage to transform a long day of hard work into a party!

Coordinated Health
Special thanks to Coordinated Health, the official medical provider at the PA camp, for matching the Keep the Change Campaign at the PA concession stand. Over the past three years, Coordinated Health has matched over $5,500 in keep the change donations.

Marissa and Chris Partridge Wedding
Chris has been a long time LFG volunteer and a dear friend of the Loose family since his years as a player and captain at Lafayette College. Marissa and Chris celebrated their wedding day in July and made a very generous donation to Lauren’s First and Goal in honor of their wedding guests.

Joe Moore
Joe, a former Lafayette football standout cooked up his delicious Hogged Up Bar B Q for the hungry coaches and volunteers at the end of the camp day in PA.

Army Athletics Christmas Party
Each year the athletics department at Army West Point supports a different charitable cause at the annual staff Christmas party. This year, coaches, families and members of the Army athletic staff generously donated arts and crafts supplies for the football camp Fun day event as well as gift cards to be dispersed to patient families who are hospital bound during the holidays. Special thanks to Kristen Corrigan for organizing the event.
